These terms cover the work we do for you and the use of our website. When you book a job or use this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About these terms

These terms are between you and Isamel Painting, ABN 35 660 678 874. We are a painting business that works across Townsville, Ingham and Ayr in Queensland.

2. Our services

We paint homes and businesses. This includes interior and exterior painting, ceilings, walls, doors, floors and surface prep. We agree the work with you before we start.

3. Quotes and pricing

Every quote is free. We look at the job, then give you a clear price. A quote is valid for 30 days. If the job changes, the price may change. We will tell you first.

4. Bookings and access

We book a time that suits you. Please make sure we can get to the areas we need to paint. If we cannot start on the day, we may need to rebook.

5. Payment

We tell you how and when to pay before the job starts. A deposit of 40% of the quoted price is usually needed to secure your booking. The balance is due when the job is done. Please pay your invoice by the due date on it.

6. Your responsibilities

Please move or cover items you do not want near the work. Tell us about anything we should know, such as damage, damp or lead paint. This helps us give you the best result.

7. Our work

We take care with every job. We prep the surface, paint it clean, and tidy up when we finish. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply. These rights cannot be excluded.

8. Liability

We do our work with care and skill. Apart from the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for wear, fair use or issues we could not have known about. Please tell us fast if you spot a problem with our work.

9. Cancellations

You can cancel or move a booking. Please give us as much notice as you can. If we have already bought materials for your job, we may ask you to cover that cost.

10. Website use

You may use this website for your own personal use. The text, images and design belong to Isamel Painting. Please do not copy them without our okay.

11. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Queensland.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
